Managers, who are also called NB Managers, serve as the business managers of NB Human Resources (SDM). NB Managers handle negotiations and other business affairs of an NB Human Resources. Since the NB Human Resources needs to focus all his/her attention on making products (services or goods, both physical and digital), the NB Manager serves as the promoter, agent or accountant. NB Managers also handle the closing, bookings, dealing, assist in promotions and perform production-related tasks. They ensure goods, services, and other works are paid unless otherwise agreed by the NB Level-C management to make it as NB Tuition.
NB Managers are responsible for collecting revenues, fees or other payments stipulated in contracts. NB Managers hold meetings and auditions to discover potential clients, communicate with NB Human Resources to develop marketing plans or working goals for their working career and to recommend and implement actions to achieve them. NB Managers also initiate contacts with individuals and organizations that may help in the promotion of their NB Business career, negotiate and seek ex-deals, prepare transport, consumption and other needs for their NB Business works and projects, both in town or out of town. NB Managers maximize sales by implementing direct marketing and advertising activities, negotiate with affiliates and other people of contractual rights and obligations; as well as inspect equipment and facilities ensure all meet the NB Human Resources specifications. NB Managers book auditions for promotion, do coaching and training to help NB Human Resources with attitude, self-branding, translations, and others. NB Managers also perform daily bookkeeping take and complete financial obligations like taxes.
Education and Training Requirements
NB Managers do not need academic training to qualify for this position. Although a college background is helpful since there are courses offered about business and marketing, we prefer NB Managers with extensive industry experience and networks.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
NB Managers must be an expert on the ins and outs of the NB Business. NB Managers do everything they can, they like and they want to make NB Bussiness running successfully. NB Managers possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, public relations skills, marketing and advertising skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills, and basic computer skills. NB Managers must be friendly, independent, aggressive, and has the ability to work as part of a team.
NB Managers are office-based. NB Managers work schedule varies since they are required to attend meetings and auditions at night, but handle promotional for NB Business in the mornings. Mobile and traveling is a huge part of the job, with possible out-of-town and international destinations.
NB Managers make Rp203.843.000,- annually on average. Factors such as the size of the company, location, nature of the industry, benefits, and experience may cause salaries to vary considerably among NB Managers.
